Pattern Envelope Description: Children's Separates: Dresses and tops with frill detail have center back zip fastening. Skirt and trousers are elasticized at waist. 

Fabrics: Cotton, cotton mixtures, cotton lawn, chambray, silk, embroidered eyelet, seersucker and synthetics. No allowance made for matching plaids, checks, stripes or large patterned fabrics. For fabric with nap, pile, shading or one-way design, use ap requirements and nap layouts.
