Pattern Envelope Description: The one size caftan can be made in any one of three proportioned heights - short, average or tall. The caftan is collarless and has shaped neckline and front zipper closing. There are openings at ends of shoulder and side seams for the arms. V. 1 has ball fringe trim. V. 2 has rick-rack trim. V. 3 has novelty braid and frog trim.
Fabrics: Cottons and blends; brocade, jacquards. Linen. Silks, synthetics and blends; poplin, pique, terrycloth, cotton sateen, homespun, hopsacking, canvas, duck. Lightweight wools and blends; wool flannel, knits, wool challis, wool crepe.
Notions: Thread, bias seam binding, 16" neck zipper. View 3: Three frogs.
Cut: A, C, D Missing piece B (back). Piece A is partially cut along the average height hemline.
